Kirsten Suss

Kirsten’s real estate career spans over 20 years, having sold and marketed property in several markets and is responsible for over $130,000,000 in sales volume.  Professionally, she has done sales and marketing for a publicly held real estate development company, private real estate companies, a real estate syndicate and a REIT corporation. She currently sits on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Manatee County and is a member of the Sarasota Orchestra Association.

Kirsten is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds three real estate sales and marketing designations. CSP- Certified New Home Sales Professional, CMP- Certified Marketing Professional and MIRM- Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, the National Association of Homebuilder highest marketing designation. She is an approved NAHB CSP instructor.
