“In July 2009 I decided to “go for it” and look for a property to buy in Florida. I went over in July to have a quick look around, meanwhile having already done a lot of research on buying property in USA.

“We would like to say a huge thank you to Kirsten Suss for the help she gave us in buying our dream house in Florida.
We were given Kirsten’s name by one of my colleagues in our office at British Airways in London who was looking for a condo in Sarasota. She had recommended Kirsten for being “really thorough but not too pushy” which we Brits don”t like too much! Kirsten was so professional yet friendly right from the start. My husband Don and I had decided that we wanted to look for a holiday home in the Sarasota/beach area of Florida. I e-mailed Kirsten to say we were coming over for 4 days.

Don was going to be on business and I was coming with him to enjoy his trip, but also to look at houses. Kirsten asked me for details of exactly what we were looking for, knowing we were limited for time and to focus our search on only houses that would definitely be of interest. We met with Kirsten the day after we arrived and she drove us round potential areas we may have been interested in. We saw a couple of houses in the style we were looking for and Kirsten said she would do some research. It turned out that the houses we had seen were out of our budget range, but she called the builder who said he had some projects at the building stage that could be in our budget.

Kirsten and I met the next day with the builder at the site of a half-completed house. I didn’t need to look any further- this was just what we wanted. We are so happy with our beautiful home and are so grateful to Kirsten for her astuteness and ability to suit our needs so appropriately. We would highly recommend Kirsten for her ability, without pressure, to find the perfect house.”
